If your order is placed within the European Union, you will not have to pay customs duties or additional import charges. You will receive your package without extra costs related to customs.

For orders shipped to the United States, taxes, duties, and import charges are managed and paid at the time of purchase under a Delivery Duties Paid (DDP) service, helping ensure a smoother delivery experience with no unexpected costs upon arrival.

However, for orders placed from May 24 onwards with a total value exceeding $800 USD, prepaid customs and import duties may no longer be available due to shipping limitations.

In these cases:

Import duties, taxes, and customs fees will be the responsibility of the customer upon delivery,
Prepaid customs charges collected automatically during checkout will be refunded separately after the order is processed,
Customers will receive a confirmation email explaining this policy and the applicable import procedure.

Fridam Store works to ensure that all shipments to the United States are handled transparently, securely, and with no unexpected surprises whenever possible.

If your shipment is to Australia, New Zealand, the United Kingdom, Ukraine, or South Africa, we recommend checking the specific details in our Shipping Policy, where you will find extended
