In rare cases, the distributor may make small cuts to the quantity finally allocated to stores, which is completely beyond our management. This type of adjustment is usually communicated 2 to 3 weeks before the launch.

Should any modification occur in our allocation, affected customers will be notified immediately, and a full refund will be processed instantly. In that scenario, orders will be honored in order of purchase.
