RETURNS AND REFUNDS POLICY
We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days from the date you receive your item to request a return, only when required by applicable law or when the conditions set out in this policy are met.
The item must be in the same condition in which it was received, unused, with all tags and seals intact, and in its original packaging. A receipt or proof of purchase will be required.
To initiate a return, you must contact us at fridamstore@gmail.com. Returns may only be sent to the address provided after the return request has been expressly approved.
Returns that have not been previously requested and approved will not be accepted.
Return shipping costs and customs charges
Return shipping costs are entirely the responsibility of the buyer, including, where applicable, customs duties, import taxes, fees, or any other charges associated with returning the product.
If a return shipment arrives at Fridam Store and is subject to customs duties, import taxes, or fees, the delivery will be refused and no refund will be issued, regardless of the reason for the return.
Fridam Store will not assume under any circumstances the payment of such charges or any amounts required by customs authorities or carriers.
Partial returns not accepted
In order to prevent speculative practices, particularly for products whose value may fluctuate over time, returns must always be made in full.
Partial returns will not be accepted for orders containing multiple items, such as returning a single card from an order that includes multiple cards or other products.
The order must be returned in its entirety for the return request to be considered.

DAMAGES AND ISSUES
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item.
All orders are properly protected and packaged using materials designed to minimize any risk during transport. In the event of damage, clear, immediate, and verifiable evidence will be required, including photographs of the packaging and the product at the time of opening.
Claims that cannot be verified, that are inconsistent, or that contradict the condition of the packaging will not be accepted.
For sealed products such as booster boxes or booster packs, once the seal has been opened or removed, the item is no longer eligible for return under any circumstances.
EXCEPTIONS AND NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS
Returns are not accepted in the following cases:
Products that were sealed and have been opened or tampered with
Pre-order items, which cannot be cancelled or refunded before being delivered to the buyer
Damage claims submitted without sufficient evidence
Any misuse or fraudulent use of the return system
EXCHANGES
The fastest way to ensure you receive the item you want is to return the item you purchased. Once the return has been accepted and processed, you may place a new order for the desired item.
Direct exchanges are not offered.
14-DAY RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL (EUROPEAN UNION)
If the goods are shipped within the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 calendar days without providing any justification, in accordance with applicable regulations.
The item must be returned in the same condition in which it was received, unused, in its original packaging, with seals and tags intact, and accompanied by the corresponding proof of purchase.
This right does not apply to orders shipped outside the European Union.
ORDERS TO AMERICA AND OUTSIDE THE EU
For orders shipped to the United States, Canada, and other countries outside the European Union, there is no automatic right of withdrawal.
Returns will only be accepted within 14 days of receipt of the order and only in the following cases:
Clear and verifiable discrepancies between the product described and the product received
Serious defects not disclosed in the listing and properly documented
International shipping costs are non-refundable, except in cases of proven error attributable to Fridam Store.
If the buyer selects a non-Premium shipping method, Fridam Store is not responsible for losses, delays, or incidents once the order has been shipped.
SPECIAL CONDITIONS FOR SHIPMENTS TO SOUTH AFRICA
Due to the logistical and customs complexity of shipments to South Africa, special conditions apply. By placing an order with delivery to this country, the customer expressly agrees to the following terms:

Cancellations, returns, and refunds
Orders shipped to South Africa are not cancellable, returnable, or refundable.
Once the order has been shipped, there is no possibility of cancellation, return, or refund for any reason. -
Taxes, duties, and customs
Fridam Store is not authorized to collect in advance any taxes, duties, or import charges applicable in South Africa.
Any VAT, import duty, tax, or customs handling fee required by local authorities is not included in the product price or shipping costs and will be the sole responsibility of the buyer.
Fridam Store has no control over these charges, cannot predict their amount, and will not assume their payment under any circumstances, in whole or in part.

Refusal of the order or non-payment of customs charges
If the buyer refuses the order, fails to pay customs charges, or does not complete the procedures required by the authorities or the carrier, the shipment may be held, abandoned, destroyed, or returned without any right to a refund, compensation, or reshipment. -
International shipping risk
The buyer fully assumes all risks associated with international shipping, including but not limited to delays, customs inspections, holds, losses, theft, or damage occurring during transport or at destination.
Fridam Store is not responsible for any of these incidents once the order has been dispatched. -
Delivery
Delivery times to South Africa are not guaranteed, as they depend on customs procedures and the local carrier. Fridam Store cannot intervene in or expedite these processes.
REFUNDS
We will notify you once we have received and inspected your return and inform you whether the refund has been approved or rejected.
If approved, the refund will be automatically issued to the original payment method within up to 7 business days. Please note that your bank or card issuer may take additional time to process and post the refund.

CANCELLATIONS
Pre-Order Items
Orders may be modified or cancelled free of charge within the first 48 hours after purchase.
After this period, preorder items will already have been processed and ordered from our distributor. Therefore, any approved cancellation will be subject to an 85% refund of the product value, with the remaining 15% retained to cover handling, processing, and distributor-related costs.
By completing the purchase, the customer expressly agrees to this cancellation and refund policy. Any dispute or chargeback initiated while ignoring these conditions may be contested using proof of policy acceptance during checkout.
An exception will be made for pre-order items if the order has been placed within the last 48 hours.
Due to high demand for certain items, orders may be subject to changes. We reserve the right to cancel or modify any pre-order item.

Any order may be cancelled within 12 hours after purchase.
