Shipping policy
At Fridam, we work to ensure that every order is carefully prepared and shipped securely, ensuring that products arrive in the best possible condition.
Order Preparation
All orders are carefully reviewed and prepared before shipment. Cards are protected with sleeves, top loaders, and reinforced packaging. For orders containing multiple items, shipments are packed in an appropriately sized box to prevent damage caused by pressure or lack of space.
Shipping Methods
We offer different shipping options, which may include certified methods with tracking and non-certified methods without tracking.
The availability and cost of each shipping method are displayed during the checkout process.
Non-Certified Shipments and Non-Premium Certified Shipments (Spain)
If the customer selects a non-certified shipping method, as well as the non-premium certified shipping option, Fridam Store is not responsible for any loss, delay, or incident once the order has been handed over to the carrier.
This condition is clearly displayed in the description when selecting the shipping method.
We strongly recommend selecting a fully tracked shipping method for greater security and peace of mind.
International Shipping Conditions
For orders placed outside of Spain (Europe, United States, Australia, and other international destinations), during the checkout process you may see the option to choose between standard shipping and premium shipping.
The difference is that the “Premium” option available at checkout includes additional insurance coverage, which protects the shipment against possible loss or incidents during transit.
If the customer chooses a shipping method without insurance, Fridam Store will not be held responsible for any loss, delays, or incidents once the order has been handed over to the carrier.
This condition is clearly stated in the description when selecting the corresponding shipping method before completing the purchase.
Our Promise: "Next Day Shipping"
All orders will be shipped on the next business day following payment confirmation, except for orders placed during weekends or public holidays in Spain or France.
If an order is not dispatched within the stated timeframe, we will cover the cost of a premium shipping service, including priority delivery and insurance coverage against damage or loss during transit.
We would like to inform you that, starting June 1st, your orders can be processed and shipped from our warehouse in France.
As a result of this new operation and the process of reorganization and stock transfer between warehouses, some orders may experience longer preparation and shipping times than usual during the next few weeks.
This measure will allow us to optimize logistics management, improve stock availability, and offer more competitive shipping conditions in the medium and long term.
We appreciate your understanding and trust
Delivery Times
Delivery times are estimates and depend on the carrier and the destination. Fridam Store cannot guarantee exact delivery times and is not responsible for delays caused by third parties.
Damage During Transport
Although packaging is designed to provide maximum protection, any incident must be reported immediately upon receipt of the order, providing clear evidence such as photographs of the packaging and the product.
Taxes and Duties for Shipments to the United States
For orders shipped to the United States, taxes, duties, and import charges are normally managed and paid at the time of purchase under a Delivery Duties Paid (DDP) service, helping ensure a smoother delivery experience with no unexpected costs upon arrival.
However, for orders placed from May 24 onwards with a total value exceeding $800 USD, prepaid customs and import duties may no longer be available due to shipping limitations.
In these cases:
- Import duties, taxes, and customs fees will be the responsibility of the customer upon delivery,
- Prepaid customs charges collected automatically during checkout will be refunded separately after the order is processed,
- Customers will receive a confirmation email explaining this policy and the applicable import procedure.
In exceptional circumstances resulting from regulatory changes or customs inspections, additional adjustments may still be made by local authorities.
Fridam Store works to ensure that all shipments to the United States are handled transparently, securely, and with no unexpected surprises whenever possible.
By completing a purchase with delivery to the United States, the customer declares that they have read, understood, and accepted all the conditions set out above.
