In case of slight delays in shipping due to logistical reasons beyond our control, these will not be our responsibility. As this is a pre-order product, cancellations are accepted with special requirements. We recommend reading the FAQ to stay informed.

In rare cases, the distributor may apply small cuts to the quantity finally allocated to stores, which is completely beyond our control. This type of adjustment is usually communicated 2 to 3 weeks before launch.

Should there be any modification to our allocation, affected customers will be notified immediately, and a corresponding refund will be issued instantly. In that scenario, orders will be honored by purchase order.
