In case of slight delays in shipping due to logistical reasons beyond our store's control, these will not be Fridam's responsibility. As this is a pre-order product, cancellations have special requirements. We recommend reading the FAQ at the bottom of the website or speaking with our virtual assistant to stay informed.
In rare cases, the distributor may apply small cuts to the quantity finally allocated to stores, something completely beyond our control. Normally, these types of adjustments are communicated 2 to 3 weeks before launch.
If any modification to our allocation occurs, affected customers will be notified immediately, and a full refund will be processed instantly. In that scenario, orders will be honored in order of purchase.
