In some cases,the distributor may apply cuts to the quantity finally allocated to stores, which is completely beyond our management. Typically, these types of adjustmentsare communicated 1 to 2 weeks before release.
Should any modification occur to our allocation,affected customers will be notified immediately, and a full refund will be issued instantly. In that scenario, orders will be honored in order of purchase.
