In the event of slight shipping delays due to logistical reasons beyond our control, we will not be responsible. As this is a pre-order item, cancellations are not permitted .
In rare cases, the distributor may apply small reductions to the final quantity allocated to stores , something completely beyond our control. These types of adjustments are usually communicated 2 to 3 weeks before launch .
Should any changes occur in our allocation, affected customers will be notified immediately and the corresponding refund will be processed instantly . In that scenario, orders will be honored in the order they were received .
