In rare cases, the distributor may make small cuts in the quantity finally allocated to stores, which is completely beyond our management. This type of adjustment is usually communicated 2 to 3 weeks before the launch.

Should there be any modification to our allocation, affected customers will be notified immediately and a corresponding refund will be issued instantly. In that scenario, orders will be honored by purchase order.
