In the event of slight shipping delays due to logistics beyond our store's control, these will not be Fridam's responsibility. As this is a pre-order product, cancellations have special requirements. In rare cases, the distributor may apply small cuts to the quantity finally allocated to stores, something completely outside of our management. Normally, this type of adjustment is communicated 1 to 2 weeks before launch.
If any modification to our allocation occurs, affected customers will be notified immediately, and a full refund will be issued instantly. In that scenario, orders will be honored by purchase order.
