In rare cases, the distributor may apply small reductions to the quantity finally allocated to stores, which is completely beyond our management. This type of adjustment is usually communicated 2 to 3 weeks before launch.

If any modification to our allocation occurs, affected customers will be notified immediately and a corresponding refund will be processed instantly. In that scenario, orders will be honored by purchase order.
