In rare cases, the distributor may apply small cuts to the quantity finally allocated to stores, something completely outside of our management. Normally, this type of adjustment is communicated between 2 and 3 weeks before launch.

If any modification to our allocation occurs, affected customers will be immediately notified, and a full refund will be processed instantly. In that scenario, orders will be honored by purchase order.
