If there are slight shipping delays due to logistical reasons beyond our store's control, these will not be our responsibility. As this is a pre-sale product, cancellations are not permitted for pre-order items.

In rare cases, the distributor may apply small cuts to the quantity finally allocated to stores, something completely beyond our management. Normally, this type of adjustment is communicated between 2 and 3 weeks before launch.

If any modification occurs in our allocation, affected customers will be notified immediately and the corresponding refund will be processed instantly. In that scenario, orders will be honored by purchase order.
