In rare cases, the distributor may apply small cuts to the quantity finally allocated to stores, something completely outside of our management. Normally, this type of adjustment is communicated between 2 and 3 weeks before launch.

If there is any modification in our allocation, affected customers will be notified immediately and the corresponding refund will be made instantly. In that scenario, orders will be honored by order of purchase.
