What are the delivery times for shipments?

Shipping times may vary depending on your location and whether you choose standard or premium shipping .

- Spain: orders are usually delivered within 24 to 72 hours from when the order is shipped.

- Europe: delivery time is usually 3 to 7 working days .

- United States (USA) and Australia: orders usually arrive within approximately 7 to 10 business days under normal conditions.

If you choose premium shipping , delivery times can be reduced by up to a couple of days compared to the maximum estimated time indicated above.

Please note that shipping times are estimates and slight delays may occur due to causes beyond our control.

How is the shipping cost of my order calculated?

Shipping costs are calculated based on the size and weight of your order . Larger and heavier packages typically incur higher costs due to handling and transportation requirements.

We always strive to offer accurate, fair, and optimized shipping rates for each destination, ensuring you pay a price that reflects the actual costs of shipping companies in your country.

In addition, we offer free shipping on all orders over $100 , which is automatically applied during the checkout process.

Can I modify or cancel my order after making the purchase?

Orders are usually processed and shipped the next business day after purchase, so we recommend making sure you select the correct products before finalizing your order.

If you need to cancel or modify an order , you must contact us within 12 hours of purchase . After this time, it will not be possible to cancel or make changes, as the order may already be being processed or prepared for shipment.

What happens if my order is lost, stolen, or sent to the wrong address?

All orders include a tracking number , allowing you to check the status and delivery of the shipment at any time.

If the customer provides an incorrect or incomplete address and the order is returned to our facilities , the corresponding refund can be made after the package is received.

If the shipment is not returned , it will not be possible to guarantee any type of refund, replacement or compensation.

For situations involving loss, theft, or damage during transport , only orders shipped via premium shipping include insurance and a higher level of security . Standard shipping does not include coverage for these types of incidents. This option can be selected on the checkout screen.
