What are the delivery times for shipments?

Shipping times may vary depending on your location and whether you choose standard or premium shipping.

- Spain: orders are usually delivered within 24 to 72 hours from when the order is shipped.

- Europe: delivery time is usually 4 to 7 business days.

- United States (USA), Canada, New Zealand and Australia: orders usually arrive within approximately 7 to 12 business days under normal conditions.

If you choose premium shipping, delivery times may be reduced by several days compared to the estimated maximum time indicated above.

Please note that shipping times are estimates and there may be slight delays due to causes beyond our control.

What happens if my order is lost, stolen, or sent to the wrong address?

All orders include a tracking number , allowing you to check the status and delivery of the shipment at any time.

If the customer provides an incorrect or incomplete address and the order is returned to our facilities , the corresponding refund can be made after the package is received.

If the shipment is not returned , it will not be possible to guarantee any type of refund, replacement or compensation.

For situations involving loss, theft, or damage during transport , only orders shipped via premium shipping include insurance and a higher level of security . Standard shipping does not include coverage for these types of incidents. This option can be selected on the checkout screen.

We recommend carefully reviewing our Shipping Policy and Refund Policy before completing your purchase, as placing an order implies acceptance of these conditions.

How is the shipping cost of my order calculated?

Shipping costs are calculated based on the size and weight of your order. Larger and heavier packages usually incur a higher cost due to handling and transportation requirements.

We always strive to offer accurate, fair, and optimized shipping rates for each destination, ensuring that you pay a price that reflects the actual costs of shipping carriers in your country.

Do I have to pay customs fees on my order?

If your order is placed within the European Union, you will not have to pay customs fees or additional import charges. You will receive your package without extra costs related to customs.

For orders shipped to the United States, taxes, duties, and import charges are handled and paid at the time of purchase through a Delivery Duties Paid (DDP) service, helping to ensure a smoother delivery experience without unexpected costs upon arrival.

However, for orders placed from May 24th onwards with a total value exceeding 800 USD, prepaid customs and import fees may no longer be available due to current shipping service limitations.

In these cases:

  • Duties, taxes, and customs fees will be the customer's responsibility at the time of delivery,
  • Any customs charges automatically collected during checkout will be refunded separately once the order is processed,
  • The customer will receive a confirmation email explaining this policy and the applicable import procedure.

Fridam Store works to ensure that all shipments to the United States are handled transparently, securely, and without unexpected surprises whenever possible.

If your shipment is to Canada, Australia, New Zealand, the United Kingdom, Ukraine, or South Africa, we recommend checking the specific details in our Shipping Policy, where you will find extended information about these destinations.

Can I modify or cancel my order after making the purchase?

Yes. Orders can be canceled within the first 8 hours.

Pre-orders can be modified or canceled free of charge within the first 48 hours after purchase.

After this period, pre-ordered/reserved products will have already been processed and requested from our distributor, so any approved cancellation will be subject to a refund of 85% of the product's value, with 15% retained to cover management, processing costs, and distributor commitments.

By completing the purchase, the customer expressly accepts this cancellation and refund policy. Any dispute or chargeback initiated ignoring these conditions may be appealed using the acceptance of the terms during the purchase process as evidence.

What happens if I buy in-stock products along with pre-order products?

Your order will be shipped once all products are available at our facilities, which normally coincides with the release date of pre-ordered items, thus ensuring a complete delivery.

Do you have a guarantee with your shipments?

Yes. At Fridam, we believe that fast and reliable shipping is as important as the products themselves.

That's why all orders are prepared and shipped the next business day after payment confirmation, excluding weekends and holidays in Spain or France.

If we are unable to dispatch your order within this timeframe, we will automatically upgrade your shipment to a premium service at no additional cost. This includes priority delivery and insurance coverage against loss or damage during transit.

We know how important it is to receive your collection safely and as soon as possible, and we are committed to providing a shopping experience that lives up to your trust.

How does your preorder system work?

We take pre-orders very seriously and our goal is to ensure that every customer receives the product they have reserved.

To minimize the risk of cancellations caused by allocation cuts from our distributors, we intentionally limit the number of pre-orders available on our website. For products with extremely high demand, we typically only offer about 5% of the quantity requested from our distributors. For products with strong but more moderate demand compared to major franchises like One Piece, we usually limit pre-orders to approximately 15-20% of the requested allocation.

This approach allows us to protect our customers as much as possible and significantly reduce the chances of overselling.

Nevertheless, in exceptional cases, distributors may apply unexpected reductions in allocations that affect part of our reserved stock. Should this occur, affected customers will be contacted several weeks before the official product release date and will receive a full refund immediately.
