If your order contains only in-stock products, we can only make this change within 2 hours of placing the order, due to the speed with which we begin processing these types of shipments.

If you placed your order previously and did not select DHL+ as your shipping method, it will be necessary to pay the corresponding difference to change the shipment to DHL+ before you can add this insurance.

Customs charges with this shipping method will be the customer's responsibility; any returned package will imply that we pay that cost. The package will be destroyed in that scenario.
