If your order contains only in-stock products, we can only make this change within 2 hours of placing the order, due to the speed at which we begin processing these types of shipments.

If you placed your order previously and did not select DHL+ as your shipping method, it will be necessary to pay the corresponding difference to change the shipment to DHL+ before being able to add this insurance.

Customs charges with this shipping method will be the customer's responsibility; any returned package will result in us having to pay that expense. The package will be destroyed in that scenario.
